The information collected on this website’s contact form is only communicated to the following recipients: Joanna and Joël Allimann, owners of Gîte 'Le Benouchon®’.
Data marked with an asterisk is mandatory. Otherwise, requests cannot be processed.
This data is only kept if the booking to stay at Gîte ‘Le Benouchon®’ is confirmed, in which case it is recorded in a computer file and kept for a maximum period of six months. If the request or booking is cancelled, the data collected will be deleted immediately. Consent is the legal basis for processing this data, i.e. by filling in and sending the contact form, you consent to the processing of your personal data.
The same data processing conditions apply to the information provided in the rental contract. In this case, the contract is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data.
In accordance with French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended by Act No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, modify and oppose the processing of your personal data. You can find more information about this on the following website: cnil.fr.
To exercise these rights, you can send a request (enclosing a copy of both sides of your identity card or passport) by post to Joanna and Joël Allimann, Gîte Le Benouchon, 1142 La Devise, Lieu-dit Le Grand Biolay, 71470 Romenay, France, or by email to lebenouchon@protonmail.com.
If, after contacting us, you feel that your data protection rights have not been respected, you can send a complaint to the following address: CNIL - Service des Plaintes - 3 Place de Fontenoy - TSA 80715 - 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07, France.
Please note that under articles R814-1, R814-2 and R814-3 of the French Code of Entry and Residence of Foreigners and Right of Asylum, a police registration form must be completed and signed by all foreign tourists, including EU nationals, on arrival at a tourist establishment. This form must be kept by the establishment owners for six (6) months and sent to the police or gendarmerie only at their request. This is a legal obligation. Consequently, in the case of foreign guests who have stayed at Gîte ‘Le Benouchon®’, no request for the deletion of personal data can be processed before this six-month period has elapsed.
