Prices and Gift vouchers

Looking for an original gift idea ?

We now offer gift vouchers that can be used as a discount on the price of a stay in our holiday cottage.

To purchase a voucher, simply send us a request by email at lebenouchon@protonmail.com, indicating :

• the value of the voucher (minimum 20 euros)
• the preferred delivery method : a physical voucher sent by post (double-sided, printed on beautiful card with photos, and supplied with a kraft paper envelope, available in green or brown), or a digital voucher sent by email (A4 PDF format, foldable into thirds, with a simpler design, to be printed at home).

If you choose postal delivery, an additional charge of €3.50 for France or €5 for abroad will apply.

We will reply within 36 hours.

Vouchers must be paid for in advance. We will provide you with a secure online payment link issued by our bank, allowing you to pay the chosen amount (plus any postal delivery supplement) by bank card.

The voucher will be sent to you pre-filled ; you may add the recipient’s name as well as your own.

Delivery times are a maximum of 24 hours by email and 4 days by post, counted from receipt of payment.

Use of gift vouchers :

• The person wishing to use a gift voucher to book a stay must indicate this when making their reservation request. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount of the booking. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the usual terms (see our general conditions).
• Contractual formalities (return of the signed contract, payment of any balance for the deposit) must be completed in order to confirm the booking.
• Gift vouchers, which are numbered, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash. They lose all value after their expiry date.
• In the event of cancellation of the stay, our general conditions also apply.
